We're not religious in this house. I'm not anti it, either. In fact religion interests me very much. Other half isn't keen at all, which is why I was so very surprised when he agreed to go to Midnight Mass at our local church this year. Its something I've always wanted to do, to experience, and I'm really looking forward to it.
I'm not sure what the kids will make of it, of course but I'm planning mince pies and hot chocolate for when we get home, so that will make them happy, no doubt. It will be interesting to see what Other Half thinks of it, being so negative about religion in general.

I'm very grateful that he agreed so willingly to go, though.

We can't have our normal Christmas tree this year, due to lack of floor space, so I decided to decorate the ceiling instead.

It's not always snot and it's not always sunshine, but it is our little life and we like it.
